GENERAL TERMS OF SALE 31/03/2009
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Provence Equitable EURL au capital de 2000 € whose registered office is at Chemin de la Buissonne - Rte de St Canadet - 13100 Aix en Provence, registered in the register of companies Aix en Provence number 50885495700018 and secondly, by any person or entity wishing to make a purchase via the website of provence-equitable.com hereinafter "Purchaser".
Subject
These conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between Provence and the buyer Equitable and conditions applicable to all purchases made through the site of provence-equitable.com that the buyer either professional or consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not specifically approved by Provence Equitable. Provence Equitable reserves to modify the conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of goods and services
The products and services offered are those contained in the site of Provence Equitable. These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks. Each product is accompanied by a descriptive identifier. Photographs of products are the most faithful possible but can not provide the exact product, especially in terms of color.
Rates
The prices listed on the site are final prices in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order, any rate change will be reflected in the price of the goods or services. Provence Equitable reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, except that the prices contained in the catalog on the day of the order shall be applicable only to the buyer. All prices include (or exclude) the costs of order processing, transportation and delivery if they occur in the geographical areas set out below.

The online sale of products and services presented in this site is for buyers who reside in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, UK, in the Dom-Tom or Monaco and supplies required in these areas .
Orders

In this case the buyer will be informed by mail and the order will not be charged or will be refunded.
Retractation
Buyers, non-professional individuals, have a period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return charges. Requests for exchanges or returns will be accepted only if products are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging.
Terms of payment
The price is payable to the order. Payments will be made by credit card or check and will be made through the secure Credit Agricole, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read in transit on the network. The buyer will be charged as in the shipment of products or services available on the amount of goods or services sent or downloaded. Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address listed in the order form that can only be in the area agreed. The risks are borne by the purchaser at the time the products have left the premises of Provence Equitable. In case of damage during transport, motivated protest must be made with the carrier within three days from delivery. Delivery times are only an indication, if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer paid.
Warranty
All products supplied by the seller have the legal guarantee provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of nonconformity of a product sold, it can be returned to the vendor who will take over, refund or exchange. Disclaimer

IP

Personal data
In accordance with the law relating to data, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, the information containing names of buyers may be subject to automated processing. Users have a right to access and correct data concerning them, according to the law of 6 January 1978.
Filing - Proof
Provence Equitable archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable as a true copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code. The registers of Provence Equitable will be considered by the parties as evidence of communications, orders, payments and dealings between the parties.
Dispute resolution
These conditions of online sales are subject to French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Aix en Provence.
